Troubleshooting

Sound
» Make sure you have the appropriate sound settings enabled in your device's Sound Settings. Note that iPod Touch 1G users need to use headphones as there are no speakers on the device. iPhone users should make sure they have their ringer on, and not on silent.
Crashing/Lagging
There should not be any horrific latency issues. If you are experiencing such problems, please try the following:

» Make sure you are running the latest iPhone or iPod Touch Firmware.

» Make sure your battery has charge: If your battery level is very low (in the red), this may cause memory issues as the device starts to optimize battery.

» Restart your device: If you've had your device on for a long time, the amount of available memory may be low. This can affect apps as it takes away from the amount of memory available for them to use. This can cause lagging or even crashing. Restarting your device 'refreshes' the memory. To restart your device, either hold down the sleep button to power off, or hold down the sleep and home buttons simultaneously for a number of seconds to force a restart.

» Try reinstalling via iTunes: Reinstalling the app via iTunes may help with any problems that were introduced during initial installation.

» Apple have posted a troubleshooting guide which could come in handy. Take a look.

» If, after trying the above, you still encounter the same problems, please send us the details so we can try and help pinpoint the issue. Try and provide us with detailed information, like how long the app was open, what you were doing, what device you're using (hardware & firmware), and if you were able to reproduce the same error. If you can access crash reports, those can be helpful to us as well.
